ENGAGE VIDEO GROUP BRAND REFRESH
BRIEF
Engage Video Group had a strong brand purpose and positioning, but its visual identity no longer reflected the company’s evolution as a creative technology business. The goal was to refresh the brand identity to better align internal and external communications with who the business is today, while creating a consistent and scalable design system.
MY ROLE
As the in-house Graphic Designer, I led the brand refresh from start to finish. My role included conducting the brand audit, defining the creative strategy, developing the visual direction, art directing the refreshed identity, and implementing the new brand system across company-wide assets and templates.
PROBLEM SOLVED
Although Engage Video Group had a strong strategic brand, the execution across presentations, marketing materials, and internal communications was inconsistent and did not reflect the company’s creative and technical offering. With multiple teams creating their own assets, there was a need for a flexible brand system that could maintain consistency without relying solely on design support.

— BEHIND THE WORK
KEY DECISIONS
DESIGN DIRECTION & STRATEGY
The refreshed identity was designed to balance Engage Video Group’s two core characteristics: technology and creativity. I introduced a modern visual language using deep navy gradients to create a premium, digital feel, while adding vibrant accents of yellow and turquoise to bring energy and creativity into the brand.
CONSTRAINTS & SOLVES
As the sole designer supporting multiple teams, one of the biggest challenges was creating consistency at scale. Instead of relying on manual design support, I developed a self-service brand ecosystem—including presentation templates, pitch decks, reporting templates, and brand resources—that enabled teams to create higher-quality, on-brand materials independently.
